• Alt. Birth: Family History Society, 24 Apr 1722, Aberdeen Scotland. Biblical record of James ANDERSON was 11 September 1731 but this birth date could not be found in the Newhills Parish baptism microfische reords when Ralph Blyth Anderson and Edward Ralph Anderson searched the records in Aberdeen Sepember 14, 2009. But a reord was found that reads as follows -

"Anderson August 19, 1722 George Anderson in Wagley had a child baptized named James"

THIS IS THE MOSTLY LIKELY BIRTH DATE

• Alt. Birth, 11 Sep 1731. It is more likely that this biblical record is wrong since Ralph Blyth Anderson and Edward Ralph Anderson on Septeber 16, 2009 found the actual baptism record for James Anderson in the Newhills record

• Historical Baptism Record: Family History Society, 14 Sep 2009, Aberdeen Scotland. Newlands Hill Parish baptism quote -

Could not find baptism record for any James Anderson born 11 September 1931. This date which is in the biblical record is most likely a mistake. Not only could a record not be found but also the 1931 birth-year is not reasonable considering the age of George Anderson his father. Also an alternative actual date for the baptism was in fact found as follows -

"Anderson August 19, 1722 George Anderson in Wagley had a child baptized named James"
